For tours departing on non-holidays
Cancellation or transfer to ANOTHER TOUR:
After registering for a TOUR, the deposit will not be refunded.
Before the TOUR departure date less than 70 days, the cost is not refundable 50% of the TOUR price.
Before the TOUR departure date less than 50 days, the cost is not refundable 70% of the TOUR price.
Less than 30 days before departure, the cost is 100% non-refundable TOUR price.

In cases of force majeure such as strikes, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters, wars, political situations in countries and cities that the cruise passes through... or due to changes in weather, affecting public means of transport such as: airplanes, trains, ships... then Star Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the trip for the safety of the guests. Star Travel is exempted from compensation for expenses paid for the trip.
OTHER NOTES
The order of attractions and the itinerary may change depending on the actual situation
If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, he/she must bring it with him/her when going on the tour.
Children under 21 years old who join the tour without their parents must have a letter of authorization from their parents.
Entry into any country is subject to the approval of the host country.
If you have dual citizenship or a travel document (not yet naturalized), please notify the consultant at the time of tour registration and submit the original with relevant documents.
If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and an invalid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register for a tour to a third country.
